SPOTLIGHT PLAYERS
ERVA REGIONALS
AVERY BERGLUND and
GRETA VAN GEMERT
13 ELITE
These girls were on point all weekend. Their serving, defense, and overall quality of play was outstanding. What made them shine was their leadership and energy during the ups and downs. Amazing consistency all weekend.
GRACE SMITH
U16-2
Grace was a powerful force all the way around. A smart, strategic hitter in the front and untouchable defender in the back. Best yet, her energy helped her lead her team to finish the season with a victory. We are so happy to have had Grace as a late addition to our team.
ANISE RAMIREZ
U16 ELITE
Anise is such a great team player. She passed well and cleaned up plays for us this weekend. She works hard in any position we put her in with no complaints. She is such a joy to coach - great job this weekend Anise!
ABBEY FLERCHINGER
U16 ELITE
Abbey has been working hard in training her transition and blocking. She has been listening and applying the technical asks of her. She really showcased her efforts this weekend and terminated more often as the reward! Keep it up!
U14-2 TEAM
The whole team deserves spotlight players. The amazing growth by the girls was incredible to see come together over the Regionals weekend. Mere and Chad were so proud of everyone and it has been a pleasure to coach them!
U14 ELITE
REGIONAL CHAMPIONS
Everyone that was at Regionals played a big part in the success as a whole. Zoey Galbreath running a 5-1 for the first time all season on Saturday. Mara Sandberg playing two different positions, RS Saturday and setting in a 5-1 Sunday, and leading in both. Olivia Herron became a blocking machine in Sunday's bracket play. Alyssa Nichols moved to the middle for the first time this season and did a great job, especially in the semi's and finals. Campbell Lathan serving, passing and defending well all tourney. Jade Livingston controlling the ball as a libero, but also showing she can hit and block with some front row time. Addyson Putz playing right side and committing lower error than all season. Saige Galbreath brought the heat attacking and kept defenses off balance with some great off speed shots. And Avery Boswell being so consistent and always competitive demanding the ball on the outside. Way to compete group! We missed Taylee, Noella, and also Zoey on Sunday, but everyone stepped up and got the job done! Great job!
