2024-25 CPA VOLLEYBALL CLUB FEE STRUCTURE - SPOKANE, WA

TEAM PAGE FOR UNIFORM/APPAREL PACKAGE ORDERING
THIS SEASON WE WILL BE USING AN OUTSIDE SOURCE FOR UNIFORM/EQUIPMENT/APPAREL ORDERING. THIS WILL BE DONE THROUGH A SPECIFIC PAGE WHICH WILL BE SHARED WHEN THE SITE GOES LIVE.
EACH INDIVIDUAL FAMILY WILL ORDER THEIR OWN UNIFORM/EQUIPMENT PACKAGE. FAMILIES DECIDE ON SIZES AND A NUMBER WILL BE ASSIGNED TO EACH PLAYER. NO ADJUSTMENTS AFTER SUBMISSION. EACH INDIVIDUAL FAMILY WILL PAY THE APPAREL COMPANY DIRECTLY. APPAREL WILL BE DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO PLAYER. NO REIMBURSEMENTS.
VARIOUS APPAREL AND EQUIPMENT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PARENTS AND FAMILY ALL SEASON LONG
BASED ON WHICH TEAM PLAYER MAKES THE PACKAGE PRICE WILL BE THE SAME FOR ALL PLAYERS ON THAT TEAM. THE PACKAGE WILL RUN FROM $200 TO $300, AND WILL INCLUDE THREE JERSEYS, SWEATSHIRT, SWEATPANTS, BACKPACKS, AND PRACTICE SHIRTS - BASED ON TEAM. PROVIDE YOUR OWN SPANDEX OR LEGGINGS, ALL BLACK ONLY. PRACTICE SHIRTS WILL BE WORN AT ALL PRACTICES.
COACHES TRAVEL
In addition to your player fees, you will be responsible for the coaches travel fees. These are not included in the player fee payments. Coaches travel fees include coaches flight, hotel, food per diem of $80/day, and car/gas depending on what is needed. The fees are totaled and divided among the total number of players on the team. These fees are for multi day, and/or out of the immediate area tournaments that would require at least a one night hotel stay. Coaches will drive and room together when and if possible, based on gender of coaches travelling.
All players must also have a current USAV junior membership in order to participate, renewal for the new season is at the end of October. You can try out using your current 23-24 membership.
PLAYER PAYMENT INFORMATION
All players who make a CPA team, ages 12-18, will need to put down a deposit upon commitment to team. This shall be done immediately on acceptance, when turning in acceptance letter. This deposit will help pay for up front tournament entry fees and gym rental.
The deposits are as follows:
U12 - $250 (reduced from $400)
U13 to U18 - $500
Remaining balance for age group will be broken down into equal monthly payments that will be due on September 1, November 1, skip December, January 1, February 1. If you need arrangements to complete payments on a different schedule please communicate with Co Director Jill Benson. If you would like to pay in full you may also do so.
Past CPA Teams
PLAYER FEES INCLUDE TOURNAMENT FEES, COACHES FEES, FACILITIES FEES, GYM EQUIPMENT FEES
The 2024-25 Schedule will be announced after teams are formed and tournament calendar is offered, early December. Teams will start regular practices at different times due to high school season and middle school seasons, and possible schedules. But all teams will be regularly practicing Jan1. Teams 14 and under will have a possible fall practice schedule, which will be decided upon after teams are formed. The fall schedule is not included in the regular season fees and there will be a player fee based on total number of practices and players per team. Once teams are formed we will have parent meetings to go over the upcoming season, possible tournament schedule, including post season possibilities.
All teams will be end regular season May 1st. A post season fee of approx $500-600 for continued training from May through June, including Emerald City or through July for Nationals or AAU's. The team/coach will make the post season decision by mid February.
Complete Player Training
CPA will again be offering a complete player training for all athletes most non-tournament Sunday’s through season. Each session will be 1 hr in length for up to 20 sessions. The cost for the first session, 6 trainings, will be $200. The training will focus specifically on development and positional training in a competitive environment. This training bundle will fill fast, so register early to secure a spot. Limited single session registration could be available at $40/session but no guarantees. Cost and session amounts subject to change based on interest.
NO CLUB FEES/DEPOSIT REFUNDS
PRACTICE PLAYER OPTION
At each level there will be a practice player option. The Head Coach of each team may invite practice players to their team. The goal for practice players is to gain higher level training within a team setting and provide opportunities for multi sport athletes who cannot completely commit to a full tournament schedule. There will be times when players fall sick, play another sport, or an injury occurs that will create a struggle for the team. The practice players will be asked to fill in when players will miss tournaments. At 15 and up this will be done positionally, at 14 and below it will be done no matter the position. Practice players will also be participating in two single day local tournament, no matter if full roster is in attendance or not, as part of the practice player plan. They will not attend any multi-day, out of town tournaments, unless there is a need due to missing athletes. When practice players are in attendance at tournaments they will be treated as a regular rostered player, this is in regards to any requirements, including reffing assignments, and playing time. The practice player cost will be worked out per family, based on reasoning for being a practice player, the amount of attendance at practices due to other sports, and there will be a no tournament play option as well. The cost will run approximately between 1/2 to 2/3rd the cost of a fully rostered player, as well as purchasing the full uniform package.
